All orders are custom-made to your approved specifications and begin production upon order placement. As a result, the order cannot be canceled or refunded at any time. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be charged when you place your order. The 50% balance is due when the bed is ready to ship. We will notify you when your order is ready and also confirm that the credit/debit card we have on file is valid.
